The Shepherd’s Touch
Pastoral Counseling

The Shepherd’s Touch is a ministry of First Methodist that provides individual, family, and small group counseling from a Christian perspective to both members of our congregation and to the local community.

We also conduct various educational seminars throughout the year, such as Nine Faces of the Soul (a study of personality type as it relates to personal and spiritual growth), Parenting Skills, Healing Through Grieving, Marriage Enrichment, and Divorce Recovery. Still Waters is an ongoing support group for persons dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other issues.
